As President and Founder of the
firm, Rudy C. Scrimenti brings more than 30-years of banking and
management experience having held diverse senior level positions
with major national and regional banks and financial
institutions. His accomplishments and contributions to the
banking community are superior covering authorship of
instructional materials for banking professionals, a catalyst in
the development and introduction of the Home Equity Line of
Credit product in New Jersey. In addition, he has been
published and recognized in the Wall Street Journal for his
appointment and service to the National Business Advisor
Council, as New Jersey State Chairman, as well as naming him
2004 businessperson of the year. He has also served an
eight-year term as Board of Governor for the American Institute
of Banking. His areas of expertise includes, risk management,
auditing and compliance, strategic and business planning
research and development. Mr. Scrimenti holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration and Master of Business Management and
Finance from Columbia University.

Credit and Risk Management Professional with over 30 years
cross-industry and cross-functional experience, to include all
commercial and consumer product lines. Areas of expertise
include Origination, Operation, Servicing, Risk Management,
Quality Control, Internal Loan Review, Audit, Compliance, Loan
Portfolio Management Systems, Mergers & Acquisitions and
Research & Development.
The C.C.C.E.
designation and certification since 1988 marks the highest level
of professional recognition available to the credit and risk
management executive by the Society of Certified Credit
Executives, a division of the International Credit Association.

Executives
The Society of Certified Credit Executives, a division of
International Credit Association proudly recognizes Rudy C.
Scrimenti as a Certified Commercial Credit Executive (“C.C.C.E.”). Mr.
Scrimenti had fulfilled the Society’s requirements of
achievement and professional excellence in the credit
granting and administration areas, as well as leadership in
professional association. The C.C.C.E. marks the highest
level of professional recognition available to the credit
executive and he is heartily congratulated for such an
achievement.
Board of Governor & Instructor
Mr. Scrimenti has served an eight-year term as a Board of
Governor for the Mid-Jersey Chapter of the American
Institute of Banking. In addition, serving as facilitator
and educator for the Mid-Jersey Chapter, in Principals of
Banking, Economics, Accounting, and Analyzing Financial
Statement.
